Vid installation så öppnas först boxen, anslutningar som skall isoleras trycks in i gelen och därefter försluts boxen igen. Gel kommer att omsluta installationen och en vattentät installation är slutförd som kan tas i bruk direkt. Gel boxarna kommer i olika storlek och flera anslutningar kan få plats i en box.
