How do I make a purchase from you?
To make a purchase with us, you need to have a customer account. We only sell to businesses. You can apply to become a customer here: New customer

How can I track my order?
My order was damaged during shipping, what should I do now?
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that goods are damaged on the way to you, even though we do everything we can to prevent this. In order for us to approve a transportation damage claim, you must report it within 2 days of receiving the goods. You can easily report the damage via our return form, and we will assist you further.
Important! If the packaging is visibly damaged, it is important to check the goods you have ordered for damage before signing the delivery note or handheld device. Please also ask the driver to note any damages on the delivery note/handheld device before signing.
Some items are missing from my delivery, what should I do now?
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that items are missing from the shipment. It is important that you contact us within 2 days of receiving your order using our return form so that we can assist you.
I would like to change my delivery address, how do I do that?

Where should I turn for invoice related inquiries?
Our order department will assist you with most types of invoice inquiries. Is there an incorrect price on your invoice? Have you received an incorrect invoice?

Can I receive electronic invoices from Nelco?
Can I receive invoices by email from Nelco?
Yes, you can. If you would like to receive your invoice by email, or update the existing email address for billing, please contact our finance department at ekonomi@nelco.se or call 08-754 70 40.
Is my invoice paid or unpaid?
Do you want to know if your payment has been received? Have you received a payment reminder? Do you need a copy of your invoice? Please contact our finance department and we will assist you. Email ekonomi@nelco.se or call 08-754 70 40.
I have made a return, when will I receive my credit?
If you have made a return with a return number provided by us, you will receive the credit as soon as we have received the returned items. For any inquiries, please contact order@nelco.se or call 08-754 70 40.
I have a credit note that I would like to have refunded, how do I proceed?
If you have a debit invoice that you would like to settle against a credit invoice, or if you have a credit invoice but no invoice to settle it against, please contact our finance department and we will assist you. Email at ekonomi@nelco.se or call 08-754 70 40.
I would like to change my billing address, how do I proceed?
